Mini City was the 2024 Document Readiness Provider for the City of Atlanta. Our team deployed Mini City’s software services to vulnerable citizens at frontline organizations under the City of Atlanta’s LIFT 2.0 Plan:

Providing Outreach and Case Management at Bridge Encampments and Critical Wellness Centers
Under the LIFT 2.0 plan, Mini City also deployed outreach team members to provide case management support at bridge encampments and repurposed wellness centers. This engagement was critical as our city sought to address the needs of the chronically unhoused in a humane manner that did not criminalize homelessness; through the efforts of our outreach team, substance abuse and HIV/AID partners like Aniz, and housing partners like Partners for Home, we conducted outreach on a weekly basis at high need locations.
